Our Company securely stores your data on secured global cloud servers. Our Company will keep your transaction data in line with the guidelines under The Uganda National Payment Systems Act of 2020.
Our Company will keep in confidence and shall take reasonable and appropriate measures to safe guard the company or personal information it has obtained as it acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure of such information may cause financial loss or harm to you.
Our Company warrants that its systems and operations which it uses to provide or receive the services, including all systems on which company or personal information is processed, will at all times be of the minimum standard required by all applicable laws and be of a standard no less than the standards which follow the best industry practice for the protection, control and use of information.
Our Company will take appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss of, damage to, or unauthorized destruction of company or personal information and the unlawful access to or processing of personal information. The measures taken will at all times be of the minimum standard required by all applicable laws and be of a standard no less than the standards which are following the best industry practice for the protection, control and use of personal information.
Our Company will take reasonable steps to identify all reasonably foreseeable internal and external risks posed to company or personal information under their possession or control and establish and maintain appropriate safeguards against any risks identified. Our Company will verify that the safeguards are effectively implemented. The safeguards shall be updated from time to time in response to new risks or deficiencies in previously implemented safeguards.
